Well well, we did it again. August was a great time to get together for coffee and take a short little drive. Unfortunately, problems with email made it so the majority of our members were never notified of the meet. Only a hand full of cars showed up, but we were still able to have some fun. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Seattle5s member Kevin Chang has traded his silverstone M5 in long ago to try out several cars. Here's the E60 545 he says he planning to keep. ![]() As I said before, our numbers were small, but we like to think of it as being a cozy meet. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() It seems we were attracting so much attention the Fire Department was called in. We're all just to hot. ![]() ![]() After the first fire truck assessed the situation they realized we were simply to much, so they called in backup. ![]() Once things were settled, we decided to line things up and get some great shots. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() After we'd all had our fill of coffee, we decided to take a nice little drive from Issaquah to Fall City to Carnation. Matt Mar led the group and decided to not take the most direct route. Though we don't have a picture, we knew Matt must have known what he was doing when at the beginning of the drive we passed a Red Ferrari 360 Modina going the other direction. ![]() ![]() We couldn't resist the temptation to stop at the falls along the way. Once we stopped we everyone decided they'd rather be driving than looking at water fall off a rock so we actually didn't do anything more that drive through the parking lots. several large black BMWs did attract quite a bit of attention from the people walking on the bridges though. ![]() ![]() After that, we decided to continue our drive. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Later in our drive, we decided to stop at a nice park right on the Tolt river. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() We ended the day with a nice lunch right outside Carnation. ![]() |
