A group of BMW Enthusiasts from the Pacific Northwest Region of the BMW CCA drove to Bimmerfest in Santa Barbara, including two members of the Seattle 7s, Dave and Steve.

Here we are at the beginning of our trip on Thursday morning at 7 AM. Notice the white Chris Bangle designed 1850iL on the far left side of the picture. The dual kidney grills give it away. This will be BMWs entry into the ultra-mega-class SUV catagory.

We are lined up at the Federal Way weigh station halfway between Seattle and Tacoma. That's the Wild Waves water park in the background.
